Easy Homemade Italian Dressing

I'm at the point in the summer where I've decided to mix olive oil and red wine vinegar on my own and just see what happens. Highly recommend making your own to adjust the acidity and seasonings to your liking. I've especially been enjoying this recipe for Italian dressing.
