After seeing the long lines IRL and the hype on TikTok, I staked out a time with no wait or line (clearly, a weekday for lunch while I'm on Spring break from teaching) to splurge and try this popular Gyukatsu spot. I got the US Wagyu Loin Cutlet Set Meal, which was more than enough food. The meat comes slightly raw and you get a hot hot HOT little stone to sear it to your liking. I didn't think I'd need the stone, but it was absolutely clutch; trust me, the cutlet tastes better with the sear.
The table has a bunch of sauces -- try them all! You also get some yuzu dashi, which is so good, and unlimited miso soup, cabbage and rice. "Ten No Meshi" means "Meal of Heaven" in Japanese. It certainly comes very close. Highly recommend.
