Women & GNC Learn to Play D&D (at ...And Destroy Coffee)

Yes, I'm still doing my D&D tour around Los Angeles. Next stop was the Women & Gender Non-Conforming D&D Learn to Play session at And Destroy Coffee in Eagle Rock, in which I realized I knew more info than I thought! What was nice about this session is that it was all for women and non-binary folks, so NO MEN ALLOWED!!!! yes, but also it was a safe, gentle space for women and GNC folks to learn without some Reddit twerp mansplaining the game or being condescending or randomly/constantly bringing up Baldur's Gate 3 or asking if I was learning D&D for a man (lol never). Another nice thing was that the DM was learning as well and we played the Stranger Things-themed D&D, so that was fun to explore. And there was a map and we sang the Dora map song. This is why it's fun to play with non-men!!!
